We gained planning for 23 flats and bungalows in and around the former Manor House Hotel in Godalming.
The original building on its hilltop site is a significant example of arts and crafts design reusing many features salvaged from older buildings.
The scheme is for residential apartments within the grounds of the hotel, with 9 in the refurbished Manor House, 6 converted from the existing garden rooms, and 8 in new build apartments.
The scheme is now largely complete on site and largely occupied.
